For a long time, I only made portraits. A face, a frame, a likeness on the wall — I thought that was enough.
Then a customer wrote to me. She said the portrait was beautiful, but what she really missed was the weight of him in her arms. The way he used to curl on her lap. The shape of him, sleeping by her feet.
She asked if I could make her something she could hold.
So I began making sculptures. Fibre by fibre, until I could place one in someone's hands and watch them go quiet. That quiet is what I'm working for.

After ordering, we'll reach out to gather your pet's photos. The more the better — photos from different angles, moods, and expressions all help Amy capture your pet's likeness. A clear front-facing photo is especially important.
20 to 30 hours of needle felting, fibre by fibre. We'll send you progress photos along the way so you can watch your sculpture slowly come to life.
Once complete, we send you photos for your review. If anything doesn't look right, let us know and Amy will make adjustments. Once you give the go-ahead, the finishing touches are applied and your sculpture is ready to ship.
