How long does it take to make a pet memorial?

Every piece is handmade to order in Amy's Sydney studio, so creation time depends on what you choose. Wool Felt Pet Portraits usually take 6-8 weeks from approval of your photos. Memory World take longer — around 8–10 weeks — because each landscape is assembled by hand with real dried flowers, moss, and natural materials.

If you have a date in mind (an anniversary, a birthday, a meaningful day), please let us know when you order and we'll do our best to work toward it.

What photos do I need to send?

Phone photos are perfect — you don't need anything professional. We usually ask for 5–15 clear photos showing your pet from the front and side, ideally in good natural light so we can see their real colours and markings.

Photos that capture their expression — their eyes, the way they tilt their head — help us capture who they really were. If you're unsure which photos to send, just send a few and we'll guide you from there.

Can you make a memorial for any dog or cat breed?

Yes — we make memorials for dogs and cats of every breed, from tiny Chihuahuas to giant Great Danes, sleek Siamese to fluffy Maine Coons.
