A clear front-facing photo is especially important, as it helps Amy capture your pet's features and colouring accurately. Natural daylight photos tend to work best, but don't worry if your photos aren't perfect — we've worked with phone photos, older images, and multiple angles to create beautiful portraits and sculptures.

We understand that sometimes our clearest photos are candid ones, or you may have older photos that aren't high resolution. Send what you have — Amy will use AI technology to restore and enhance older or lower-quality photos where possible, helping bring out the detail needed to create a piece that truly looks like your pet. The clearer the reference, the closer the likeness, so we'll always work with you to find the best images available.

Once we receive your photos, Amy will review them and share a colour and design plan with you before any work begins. You're welcome to ask questions or request adjustments at this stage. Once you're happy, Amy will begin creating your piece and send updates at key stages along the way.

No interest, no credit checks. A one-off 1.9% admin fee is charged by Lay-Buy at the time of placing your order. Your piece ships once your balance is paid in full — and you can pay it off early at any time for earlier delivery.
