I honestly can’t recommend Softhours and Amy enough. From start to finish, the whole process was so incredibly easy, quick, and genuinely caring.

The amount of effort, time, and attention to detail that Amy put into creating our Lumipet keepsake was amazing. She made what could have been a really difficult and emotional process feel completely painless and comforting. Every step was handled with so much care, and the finished result was honestly more beautiful than we could have imagined.

Honestly I bought it just to try it out, but after following the setup instructions, the dog it generated didn’t really look like mine. I reached out to amy and they fixed it the next day — when I projected it, it looked just like he was brought back to life. I just wish my dog was still here…
